4. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed on a per-project or per-month basis and confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed:

• SEO and marketing services are typically paid monthly in advance
• Website projects may require a deposit before work begins
• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise stated

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We retain ownership of any code, designs, or materials we create for you until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your business
• You retain ownership of any content, images, or data you provide to us

6. SEO and Marketing Services

While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes, as these depend on many factors outside our control (including algorithm changes by Google, Meta, and other platforms).

Where we offer performance guarantees (for example, our 90-day SEO guarantee), the specific terms will be set out in a separate written agreement.

7. AI Lead Agents and Software Tools

Where we provide AI chat agents or similar tools:

• We provide the software on a subscription or trial basis as agreed
• You are responsible for the content and behaviour of the AI on your website
• We are not liable for any decisions, messages, or actions taken by the AI
• You may cancel the service at any time in accordance with the agreed terms

8. Lead Generation Services

For B2B lead generation services:

• We source and provide contact information for businesses that match your criteria
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or responsiveness of any leads
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and marketing laws (including PECR and UK GDPR) when contacting leads

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

11. Termination
